FAQ

Q:  How firm is your price?

A: I am always willing to listen to offers.

Q:  How did you determine the price to sell it?

A:  I considered the cost of a new model with similar features and checked the prices of what others are selling.  This link here shows what similar used models are being listed.

Q:  How do we get in touch with you if I am intersted?

A: Please send an email to zavocki@hotmail.com.  You can also send texts to 214-529-5493. Due to high number of junk phone calls, I rarely answer calls from numbers I don't know.

Q:  If I am interested in buying it, will you hold it with a small deposit?

A:  Yes, but only for up to one week. This should be more than enough time for a buyer to check if they qualify for a loan.

Q:  Where is the RV located?

A:  The RV is located in the Florida Panhandle near Pensacola.

Q:  Are you willing to meet me half way somewhere?

A: No, sorry. I have a full time job that requires me to not leave the area. You will have to come to me.  Florida is a nice place to visit at least.

Q: Are you able to owner finance or take payments?

A: No, you will have to work that out yourself. I will be glad to work with your bank, but in the end, the only way I will transfer ownership is with full payment.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: No, just like with a real estate transaction, once it is done, it is done. I strongly advise you examining the RV in person extensively before deciding to buy.

Q: If we buy will you us how to operate everything?

A: Absolutely. I want you to enjoy this RV as much as we have.

Q: I love the truck, can I buy it separate?

A: Maybe, but I will not sell the truck until after the RV is sold. I would have no means to move the RV otherwise.

Q: What about the tires, are they in good shape?

A: I have gone through many tires over the years.  The ones on there now mostly have less that 10,000 miles on them.  One of them is just about new being bought on the last day of our last trip out.

Q: Has the RV been sitting still all this time?

A: No, before I transitioned to my current job, we took the RV on a month long trip in May/June 2016.  We went from Florida - St Louis - Minneapolis - Indiana - Pennsylvania - Virginia - Florida. The RV performed well, and the only problem we had was with a blown tire driving through Charlotte on the way home.  In fact, the truck seemed to pull the RV much better than I remember when we traveled full time.

Q: What mileage do you get while towing?

A: I usually get between 9.5 and 11.5 mpg towing the RV with our truck.  The truck gets 16-17 driving around town, not towing.

Q:  What about all those stickers on the back of the RV?

A: We never thought we would part with our RV so I didn't feel shy about putting stickers on it. They will come off, or you can use them for itinerary ideas.

Q: Can I pull this RV with my gas engine truck?

A: No, you will need a diesel engine to pull this RV.
