Items Included with Sale

These are items that we are throwing in with the purchase of our RV.  These will enable the buyer to hit the ground running without a large expenditure at Camping World.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System - Tireminder brand purchased for about $250.  Honestly I didn't think this was working very well and worth the money I paid for it.  However on our last trip in June 2016 it went off while driving through Charlotte and saved us big time. One of the tires had run over a nail and had a fast leak. Thanks to the tire pressure monitor, we caught it before it was flat and were able to get to the side of the road. If you don't catch it fast, it can shred and tear up your RV.

Portable Gas Grill - We love this Weber Baby Q grill, and it still works great, but shows some wear. We have a hose adapter so we can connect the gas to our propane tanks instead of disposable Coleman tanks. We paid about $150 for this when new.

King Pin Stabilizer - This keeps the front of the RV from moving. You can totally tell the difference in how much sway and rock there is in the rig. These run over $100 new.

Dehumidifier - We paid about $180 for this dehumidifier at Home Depot. It is necessary to help with condensation when using the RV in the winter.

TV and DVD Player - In the rear bedroom, we bought a TV and DVD Player.  These will be included with the RV. We paid about $150 for these.

Sewer Hoses - These are Rhino Flex hoses, with enough hose for both drain outlets at once when using the included Y connection.

Fresh water hose - this hose is only about a year old and 50 feet I believe.  We paid about $20.

Leveling Blocks - Lynx Levelers, We paid $40 for these, but you can get them for about $25 now.  I refer to them as legos.

50 Amp Extension Cable - This is a very heavy duty cord that plugs into the RV on one end and a 50 Amp source on the other.

50 Amp to 30 Amp Adapter - Necessary for connecting to a 30 Amp site

30 Amp to 20 Amp Adapter - Needed if connecting to a house electric source

Cable TV cord - I have a very long cable TV cord for use at RV Parks that offer cable TV as an amenity.

Chocks - Needed to secure the RV from rolling. (2)
